The Problems and Countermeasures after Strengthening the Financial Support for the Poor College Student

Since 2007, universities have begun the comprehensive implementation of the new aid policy of the state council, while colleges' aid work has begun to appear some new problems: pseudo poor students have increased; funded students have become ungrateful and students owing has been increasingly serious. This paper analyzes that the root cause of these problems is the fuzzy poverty recognized standard and put forwards some effective solutions: to change one-time concentrate high amount funding into the small amount funding in stages, to change the university funding into the local government funding, to set up the way of funding returns and to establish a long-term tacit support pattern. These methods are available for other colleges and universities for reference.
