摘要
The history of professional manager system development is not so long in China, and is gradually becoming a major choice of the succession within a family business. The rapid growth of the family business has brought about the demand growth for the professional managers. However, the introduction of the professional managers can not bring more performance for the enterprises in most cases. Based on the reputation theory, present paper investigated the operating mechanism of reputation during the introduction and motivation of the professional managers through two game theory models. The results provide a reference for establishing a sound professional managers market, introducing and motivating the professional managers.
