Research on the Humanism in Art History Education

This paper presents what should be taught as the most important thing in the art education. It is well known that both humanism and education aim at the fullest possible development of every human being. True fine arts hold inestimable values in the emotional development of human beings. Art education must be promoted according to the rules of art development, and focus on the humanism This paper is based on the rule of art and the four art education traditions, sums up the core of humanism in the art history, consider that learning humanism is learning to discover your spiritual gift and the special abilities, to seek after truth without ceasing, to love your neighbor as yourself, and to learn from our own mistakes and suffering in art education.
