摘要：
A new species of Myrcia (Myrtaceae) from the Colombian Andes is described and illustrated. Taxonomic affinities of the new taxon among Colombian Myrtaceae are discussed. Also, five new records of Myrtaceae for the Colombian native flora are presented.
