A Multi-Dimensional Study on the Integration of Strategy Formulation Methods of the Provincial Power Grid Company - Illustrated by the Case of Henan Provincial Electric Power Company of China's State Grid

Strategy is a comprehensive plan and design for the future development of an enterprise, the formulation of which determines the direction of the development of this enterprise. The formulation of a provincial grid company's strategy depends on a variety of factors, such as the national grid strategic plan, the province's economic and social development, and the resources and capabilities of the company. This paper thoroughly and systematically analyzes these influencing factors of strategy formulation from the perspectives of the national grid, local embeddedness, the stakeholders, internal analysis, and other factors, integrates the internal and external factor analysis methods, and constructs a multi -dimensional integrative model for the strategy formulation of the provincial power grid company. It provides a useful system of methods for the strategy formulation of the provincial grid company.
