摘要：

Experimental and practical teaching of the economics and management specialty plays an irreplaceable role in the course of cultivating the students' creative ability in the universities. Practical teaching activities include training, experiment, practice, graduation thesis (design), This paper puts forward the system construction of experimental teaching from planed modular system and research learning at developing student's innovative spirit and practice ability combined with the experience of Liaoning University of Technology.
