摘要
In recent years, with the rapid development of knowledge economy, knowledge workers with information, science and technology has become more important in enterprise. They used their knowledge to add the value of enterprises' products, service, and became the most strategic resources. As the main factor, management knowledge staff is springing up. In the face of such rapid growth of management knowledge workers, both business and academia have felt unprecedented pressure, so they will focus on how to manage and improve the performance issues of management knowledge workers. To improve performance of the knowledge-type employees, we must find the correct and effective index of measure and encourage their performance, and establish a reasonable performance assessment index system of knowledge workers in management. This article attempts to carry on the design and application of management knowledge staff performance assessment index system. The text is divided into five parts, it is worth mentioning in the fourth chapter: an empirical research of management knowledge staff performance assessment index system design, taking XXX company as an example. Through theoretical analysis and empirical results, the article finally put forward several suggestions for the improvement of performance of management knowledge staff.
