摘要
In 2006, Zhejiang province carried out digital city geospatial framework construction projects. Since that, various districts have chosen different construction modes according to their actual condition, making their key technology and innovation different from each other. The Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Provincial Government have made strategic plan to build the cities in the middle district of Zhejiang. Combined with this issue, Zhejiang Mapping and Geographic Information Bureau reported a project to the State Council in 2012, to launch China's first digital city geospatial framework pilot project in cities in the middle district of Zhejiang, which was based on a unit of urban agglomerations crossing administrative regions. In order to meet the demand of cross-region, county plan, master/slave/min and so on, the project team conducted a series of key technology research group at the city level geographic information public service platform for software development, and through innovation, correctly meet the sharing and exchange demands of geographic information within the city group.
