摘要
Ocrelizumab is an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody treatment for multiple sclerosis (MS).1 Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is an inflammatory, ulcerative dermatosis.2 Vulvovaginal PG has rarely been associated with rituximab, another anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody.2 We report a unique case of ocrelizumab-associated vulvovaginal PG.
