摘要
Cloud computing is considered to be one of the most vibrant and adaptable technology in the running era, with the ability to handle current computing mechanism in a much more sophisticated and in an economical way has encouraged the multidisciplinary necessity of cloud computing. This advantage has leaded it to increase its requisition many folds with the time. Robotics is one of them which are being widely applied to many application area proving its importance and efficiency. Robotics when pronounced with cloud computing unleashes numerous research scope and various research fields also, and to do so it needs to be tested across various platforms like cloud stack, open stack, eucalyptus, open nebula, Rapyuta Robotics, Amazon EC2 and many more. Keeping this factor as the central theme this paper put forth many cloud platforms, discussing their services in details with their respective pros and cons, and to continue the procession the paper also try to focus on the computability issues with each cloud platforms put sonic feature like Big Data which needs to be incorporated in the coining future to make Cloud Computing and Robotics more multidisclipinary in the coming days.
