摘要
Along with the rapid development of economy of our country, the international exchanges have become more frequent, especially for college students' English language ability proposed higher requirements for Independent College English Teaching Classroom Teaching, network teaching English ability Outward Bound "Trinity" more mature teaching system, achievement of target hierarchical classification guidance, task-driven process monitoring instructional design, develop in line with basic education, the CET level of education and the TOEIC education three main lines of teaching content system, establish a scientific and rational formation evaluation system to improve the English ability to expand the construction and function of the training base, and comprehensively improve the students 'enthusiasm and initiative to enhance the comprehensive application of the students' English ability to cultivate qualified personnel in line with personality development and social needs.
