Analysis on Factors Affecting Farmers'Desire to Use Safe Pesticides: Based on the Survey on Vegetable Farmers in Shandong Province

through cross reference table and logistic model, factors affecting farmers'desire to use safe pesticides are analyzed, and the degree of influence of each factor is also revealed in the paper. The results show that attention to regulations and information related to quality and safety of agricultural products, farmers' education, age, whether to participate in enterprise base or industrial organization have positive impact on desire to use safe pesticide; female farmers are more inclined to use safe pesticides than male farmers; the scale of vegetables has a negative effect; industrial organization play an active role on the implementation of safe pesticide using and the mobilization of large-scale farmers.
