摘要：

The article provides the scientific grounding for one of the topical issues in joint-stock enterprises' management in national machine-building, meaning - the motivation at formation of personnel corporate spirit of joint-stock enterprises (corporations) of the equipment & instruments sub-branch (E&I). Basing on the analysis, specification and other methods, levels of work are offered and grounded concerning the motivation at personnel corporate spirit formation of joint-stock enterprises of E&I basic elements which will compose the motivation system at formation of personnel corporate spirit of joint-stock enterprises of E&I are defined; and the classification of motivation types at formation of personnel corporate spirit of joint-stock enterprises of E&I is carried out.
