摘要
Changes of the composition of foodstuff have effects on the dielectric spectrum. With multivariate methods it is possible to determine the composition of foodstuff from the microwave dielectric spectrum. In this paper the successful construction of a Multi-Layer Feed Forward Artificial Network for this application is presented.
