摘要：
The paper touches upon the fundamental questions of organisation and production resource management, conditions of their sustainable development that enable the young professionals to gain new additional competences within the educational training programs of an engineer-manager. The similarity of the tasks, solutions and synergy of the educational process are declared in the system of basic priorities of Total Quality Management (TQM), modern information and communication technologies and digital economy in general.
