摘要：

Literature data was used to construct a model for predicting the amount of vinyl chloride in various liquid food products. The model predicts the vinyl chloride content in such products at different temperatures and for different contents of the monomer in the polymer. Flow of the liquid counter to the direction of the polymer increases the rate at which vinyl chloride is extracted.
