摘要
Recent years, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) has been rapidly developed in China Typically, TPMS have two modules: sensor module inside of tire to get pressure and temperature information of the tire and the receiver module in the car panel to display the pressure and temperature information transmitted by the module inside of tire. Once mounted, the module inside of tire has to work for years, so the problem of power consumption will be a bottleneck for the whole system. To hurdle through the energy limitation, a low-power wake-up circuit for TPMS is proposed in this paper. This receiver which uses a architecture of logarithmic amplifier performing as OOK demodulator. The digital interface circuit is fabricated in ASMC 0.35 CMOS process, and the rest part of the receiver is being fabricated in the same technology.
