摘要
The aim of this study was to determine factors significantly associated with ROP in VLBWs as weight, FiO2, bilirubin and PaO2. Between May 1996 and May 1998 were analysed 153 VLBs submitted ROP screening protocol with 34 weeks after conception for of thalmologists weekly. Results: 22,22%( 34/153) had ROP, grade I/II 61,76% and grande III/ UI Plus or IV 38,32%. Babies with ROP were smaller( p = 0,000) and PaO2 ( p = 0,0006). There was no statistically significant difference between babies with ROP and without ROP in higher FiO2 (p=0,16) and higher bilirubin (p=0,102). Conclusions: The bilirubin does not have protector effect to ROP, however, the prematurity, very low weight and saturation oxygen monitoring as soon as possible to prevention of ROP.
