摘要
As the organization action is the self-improvement concept which takes the external market as the background, it needs to conduct the comparative analysis with other organizations to evaluate and measure. The continuous improvement of the organization is the key to organizational survival and development and this has the same significance for the organization and groups. The improvement of the organizational performance requires a process and a strategy which can be used to guide this process effectively. The formulation of this strategy should be based on the right determination for the existing operations and the weak links of the organization. To this end, it is necessary to establish a scientific and rational assessment of organizational action to target efforts to improve organizational performance.
