摘要：

UTILCON 1.0 is a free web-based conference management system trainer in Spanish, developed and supported at ADVNET LAB in Autonomous University of Mexico City. UTILCON was developed in 2017, version beta was released in June 2018 but version 1.0 was released in November 2018. This Latin American CMS trainer is intended for Latin American students mainly for those undergraduate but mainly for those in social, humanities and sciences not requiring English language. UTILCON is also a trainer for referees and chairs in the mentioned areas in Latin America where not engineering people is not familiar with CMS.
