摘要：

1953 the American Psychiatrist Knight [8] postulatet the borderline patient as a medical problem of present, comparable with the hysteric in former times. Cp to Kernberg 1967 [5] the diagnosis ''borderline'' was used sporadically, until the term got distinct contours. Now borderline syndrome is mentioned as an autonomous clinical picture between neurosis, psychosis and severe character disturbance. The basic symptom of borderline syndrome is a specific self-disturbance [9] accompanied with other symptoms. The present studies differ between 3 approaches of borderline syndrome.
