摘要：

This paper deeply penetrates into the electric vehicle demonstration project jointly promoted by BYD Co. Ltd and Shenzhen Municipal Government based on a complete analysis on the operation mode, charging infrastructure, information collection and long-term planning of electric vehicle operation in urban areas. It finds that BYD F3DM demonstration in Shenzhen has obtained substantial achievement and concludes presumption for more urban electric vehicles demonstration which has been grounded.
