摘要
A complex of polarimetric, combined active-passive devices of S(similar to 3 GHz), K-u (similar to 20 GHz), and K-a (similar to 37 GHz) bands of frequencies for land (bare soil, soil vegetation and land snow cover) and sea surface microwave reflective and emissive characteristics simultaneous and coincident (collocated) measurements is presented. The complex is dedicated to solve the problem applied to soil and snow moisture, near sea surface wind and surface wave fields' parameters precise and unambiguous retrieval, as well as for land and sea surface and subsurface signatures detection and identification. This paper has an aim to attract attentions of researchers interested in measurements by such kind sensors and to invite them to perform their own or joint measurements using available microwave devices and in-situ and calibration facilities.
