USING IT-TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING RUSSIAN

It technologies has become a very popular source of both teaching and studding. The authors explore the problem of using IT from linguistic point of view and elicit the advantages and disadvantages of combining language and computer. The article shows that IT helps to master some grammar things, learn by heart new words and then make progress check. It works because you give definite task that has one true answer and you should just retrieve it from your memory. But as for more creative work that is difficult to be set in a certain frame you can face some problems in doing it via computer. For example, writing a composition or even giving a full answer to the given question makes you thing how to check it via IT and how to make this process easier. The article conduct an experiment about using IT while teaching Russian and show that creative writing or spontaneous act of speaking is a very important thing to study in this aspect. However, it is emphasized that it is desirable to carry out speech training through direct communication with a native speaker or a teacher. The article raises the question of the development of speech skills. In particular, the problem of reducing the information received, its presentation, fixation of new information, its adequate perception is touched upon.
