摘要
The impact of Industry 4.0 on the labour market will be very complex and also contradictory. So far their research in the Czech Republic has not been given the right attention. The calculations made so far on the extinction and creation of job positions are different in relation to the methodology used. Specifically in regard to the Czech Republic, it's estimated that over the next 20 years 10% of jobs are seriously threatened by automation, and 35% of jobs will significantly change in their activities carried out. if this estimate, published in the OECD study, counts on the number of people employed in 2015, approximately 408,000 jobs will be significantly threatened, and 1.4 million jobs will experience major changes. The aim of the paper is to analyse the impact of industry 4.0 on the labour market in individual regions. During the processing of the article, secondary resources were used mainly from the Czech Static Office, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the initiative Industry 4.0. The paper contains an analysis of the share of unemployed persons in individual regions of Czech Republic and the development of wages and revenues in the manufacturing industry. Due to the low share of unemployed persons below the natural rate of unemployment, labour demand is prevailing over in the labour market. This situation has a positive impact on the gradual rise of industry 4.0 and the replacement of labour by capital. Implementation of Industry 4.0 is necessary to do in context with other factories and their surroundings including cities. This is primary about major conceptual changes in industry energy, transport and smart cities.
