Innovation takes effects on conditions, access and methods of industrial restructuring. The author of this article finds out the point, relevant interests parties, and their relations to technological competitive intelligence in industrial restructuring. The article argues that we should acquire intelligence in those points in the access of relevant interests parties, especially those people, equipment and information closely related. The article also emphasizes some problems that should be paid more attention to in acquiring technological competitive intelligence in industrial restructuring.
