The changes in the composition of fungi communities in the composting of organic municipal wastes

Investigation of useful diffrent ways of composting of municipal wastes were carried out in plastic containers, in four variants: A - composting at the constans moisture 50%, B -60%, C -50% +0.25% N in the form of carbamide and D -50% +0.5% N in the form of carbamide. Composting on the prisms was the control. Colonies the most numerous in the initial trials, dramaticaly decreased and than increased about the 10th week since the begining. After that period in which a slight decrease took place, it was kept on low level. in the investigation of composts the following fungi: Penicillium, Verticillium und Trichoderma were the dominant ones. In combination D, in the final stage of composting there were isolated a numerous colonies of Trichoderma sp.
