In order to improve the operational efficiency and quality of work, a kind of monitoring system for combine harvester threshing cylinder operating parameter was designed, which primarily consisted of a torque/speed sensor, signal conditioning circuit and a truck-mounted computer. The field experimental results showed that the proposed monitoring system worked steadily and reliably, and the machine performance of 4LZ-10 combine harvester was the most stable under the drum load torque of 400N.m and the speed of 687r/min.
