摘要
The authors propose to use Prony's method for power quality research instead of popular Fourier transformation. The paper focuses on the specific problems with fitting of sum of exponential functions to signal which is being analysed The authors present research of the parameters' selection for Prony's method, e.g.: sampling frequency, exponential model size, window length, etc. These parameters influence accuracy of Prony's method, numerical stability and computational intensity. Prony's method was implemented in Matlab and makes calculating of harmonics, interharmonics, and transients oscillatory possible. The paper presents results of this method's simulation. In these simulations modelled and real signals from power network were used Additionally, accuracy of the least squares Prony's method to calculating of harmonics was computed
