摘要
Previous studies very rarely investigated the link between information and entrepreneurial performance. This study develops a model integrating entrepreneurial networks, information and performance to provide an entrepreneurial cognition perspective on Chinese new ventures. We examine the mediating effect of information between entrepreneurial networks and performance. Our empirical findings suggest that information plays a full mediating role between inter-firm networks and investment efficiency, while a partial mediating role between supporting networks and investment efficiency which then influences growth respectively.
