摘要
31 secondary school's students participated in the environmental education's program dealing with the treatment and rehabilitation of endangered birds passing from Epirus during the 2003-2004 academic year. This paper analyses the parameters contributing towards its successful completion. Success criteria concern the planning of environmental programs which combine activities bringing the participants in close contact with the natural environment with information technology oriented tasks are proposed. Collaborative learning methods in an interdisciplinary approach setup the framework increasing the possibilities of the extension of beneficial results of environmental education. Information technology features supporting the readjustment of school environmental programs beyond each current school year towards a life-long basis are analysed.
