With the real estate market development, commercial real estate became the type of expanding real estate market, transferred the real estate market pressures, solution of livelihood issues, adjusted the real estate market in China. This analysis Based on the rapid development of commercial real estate, combined the lack of commercial real estate development experience, financing, operated strategy, talent, China should position of items, broaden the financing channels, unified operating channels and train professionals for the development of commercial real estate.
