摘要：
In order to solve the problem of changes Oil users' requirements, flexibility is introduced into software engineering domain. This article Puts forward the flexible software idea, analyzes the character of flexible software, and discusses the difference between flexibility and universality, the layer of software flexibility. Aiming at the weak output function of mostly management information system and the not adapting the change of requirements, flexible software theory is applied into the development of flexible report system (FRS). The FRS idea and the system's design scheme are put forward. At last, the whole design scheme of flexible report system being performed is provided.
