摘要
''Hearing International Japan Ear Health Care Project in Indonesia'' started on I Dec. 1995, in the Dr, Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, University of Indonesia, jakarta. A training program for residents in Otology/Audiology was drafted, which consisted of Aims, General instructional objectives (GIOs), Specific behavioral objectives (SBOs), Strategies, Resources, Evaluations and Time Schedules. In GIOs, the residents will acquire basic clinical competence in Otology/Audiology and the junior staff will train residents and themselves as well. The SBOs wen: common and/or specific to each of three Subdivisions, Otology Neurology and Community Otorhinolaryngology. The Resources and Strategies were available and acceptable by the hospital, The Program should be useful not only for the residents but also for the staff, The Japanese consultants should use it as a guideline of their work for the Project.
