摘要：
This study analyzes the problems on China's energy financing. At first, the paper reveals some problems on the energy financing such as lacking the securities financing, the small and medium-sized projects' lacking chance to get the favor of commercial banks, and so on. And then, this paper analyzes the factor of influencing these problems. Finally, the study puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.
