摘要：
The reaction of 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl isothiocynate (I) with amyl hydrazine(II), 2-amino-5-alkyl/aryl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles (III), 3-alkyl/aryl-4-amino-5-mercapto-1, 2, 4-triazoles (IV) or O,O-dialkyl (thio)phosphorohydrazidates (V, VI) Wished twelve new products, which structures were assigned as 1a similar to 1c, 2d similar to 2e, 3f similar to 3i, 4j similar to 4k and 5I respectively (all with beta-configuration) on the basis of EA and spectral data.
