摘要
At present, there is no perfect solution in selecting a bid. In order to facilitate the choice of the best bidder, a multi-criteria decision-making approach is put forward, which is based on ordinal relation analysis and aimed to choose the best bidding plan. What follows are the basic ideas and detailed procedure of the multi-criteria decision-making approach for selecting the best bidding plan of mechanical products. Then the practicability of the method is testified through the evaluation and decision-making of the bidding for metal-forming machines. Ordinal Relation Analysis serves as a simple and feasible method of deciding on the best bidding plan of mechanical products.
