摘要
In the competitive, global and uncertain current context, the biggest value gives a company it is centred in its core competencies, that is to say, in its intellectual capital. Today, the economic theory for enterprise gives that the formulation the success strategies, they should be based on the knowledge more than in the administration assets. Therefore, the construction companies, immerses in this global world, have to increase their competitiveness to be able to stay in the market, and the most successful form is to base its competitiveness on the "knowledge that it believes value". The object of this paper is to propose a strategic formulation model which specifies the role of the entrepreneurial groups involved and the activities which they must carry out to achieve an effective formulation and strategic analysis to improve their competitive position. To achieve this qualitative study is considered, supported by Dubin's methodology, to construct a theoretical model, and of the case study methodology for the empirical test of the model in the construction sector.
