摘要
Along with the rapid development of the knowledge economy, knowledge workers are playing a more and more important role in the enterprises. It is key for the enterprises to effectively motivate their knowledge workers to play the maximum potential. By analyzing the characteristics of knowledge workers in the fields of individual inner quality, value orientation, independency, etc, which are different from the traditional workers, this article investigates the knowledge workers' individualized demands in the aspects of salary and welfare, occupational planning, self-worth, social respect, etc. Accordingly, in order to promote the optimum interactions and the harmonious development between knowledge workers and enterprises and to increase the competitive strength of the enterprises, the article puts forward the effective encouragement measures and the reasonable talent arrangement systems for knowledge workers which the enterprises should take.
