Solvent extraction-photometric determination of anionic surfactants using chromatomembrane preconcentration

摘要
A chromatomembrane method for preconcentrating anionic surfactants is proposed. The extraction-chromatographic process is accomplished in a cell made of porous poly(tetrafluoroethylene). The volume of the chloroform eluate is 5 mt. The calibration plot is linear in a concentration range of 3 to 40 mu g lauryl sulfate. The detection limit is 8 mu g/L for a 100-mL sample; the time of one analysis is 7 min. The procedure exhibits a satisfactory precision and a negligible systematic error.
