摘要
High-speed 3-dimensional measurement system is demonstrated using electronically controlled wavelength-tunable ultrashort pulse fiber laser and fiber interferometer. Clear images of metallic samples are obtained from a few meter long distance at speed of 1,000 points/s. (C)2008 Optical Society of America
