As various requirements for globalization, internet, and customer satisfaction, how to help enterprise to integrate business resource to reduce cost, speed up innovation and manage knowledge is the key concept for manufacturers. In the environment, LCD manufacturers have to face the stern challenge: (1) Speeding up innovation (2) Time to market (3) Cost down (4) Key component control (5) Innovation capability (6) Supply chain management (7) Global or muti-site manufacturing and development (8) Knowledge management.
