摘要
Electrocardiograms (ECG) records obtained in 18 pilots during aerobatic flights, recorded using Holter method, were analysed. The analysis comprised: heart rate, rhythm and conduction disturbances, and record morphology. The most frequent changes of circulatory system adaptive response included: tachycardia or bradycardia, changes in T and RS amplitude wave, relative ST decrease, sinus arrhythmia and sinus arrest. Rhythm disturbances in a form of premature ventricular and supraventricular beats were infrequent. The pilots with the lowest sports training level reached heart rate higher values as compared to champion class pilots, both during pre-start preparation and during subsequent stages of acrobatic flights. Changes in heart rate and ECG morphology were most intensive during those night phases when +Gz acceleration was preceded by -Gz acceleration. ECG monitoring enabled to conclude indirectly to what extent the pilots are trained and to evaluate their psychophysical preparation to perform duties.
