摘要
In this paper I briefly present a revision of the concept of literacy and the similarities between this and digital literacy, as well as its importance as an indispensable component of personal and social development in the current world. On the other hand, bringing ideas to concrete examples, I describe in broad terms some positive aspects of the program of digital literacy of UNAM: the h@bitat Puma Program and especially the training project of said program. I describe a small part of the practices carried out in the project pointing out the importance of attending to the human dimension in actions such as the one that looks to generate transformation processes in people.
