PROBLEMS OF REALIZATION AND CREATION OF JOINT EDUCASTIONAL PROGRAMMES AND ACADEMIC MOBILITY IN KAZAKHSTAN

Purpose - is to analyze the conditions of academic mobility and student exchange at higher educational institutions in Kazakhstan. The article also touches upon the main problems of finding foreign partner and with the educational process of student exchange, like: quotas, terms, financial terms of exchange and academic requirements of educating in both higher institutions (including language of training), available international scholarships. Methods - like comparison, analyzing educational process, as examples we analyzed international educational programs, like: Erasmus Mundus, Tempus and Bolashak in Kazakhstan. Originality/value - is that it deals with one of the urgent problems of modern education - student exchange between higher educational institutions and how to organize it well. Findings - as a result of the research, the ways and methods of student exchange chosen and the problems have been defined. The results of student exchange in Kazakhstan shows that recently, young people of Kazakhstan are granted the opportunity to study in 32 countries at 630 leading universities overseas. It proves the importance of student exchange programs in Kazakhstan.
