摘要：

In this paper we address the adjudication effect (res judicata) of the Constitutional Court judgments, concerning the unconstitutionality of the law (when it is declared void or strikes down). We propose a sui generis adjudication effect, in consideration of the peculiarities of this institution in the field of Constitutional Law. Therefore we do not restrict ourselves to the res judicata traditional concept of the Civil Procedural Law.
