摘要
Along with economic development, the contradiction between water shortages and economic development becomes increasingly prominent as urban water consumption increased year by year. Agriculture is our major water users, agricultural water-saving should be placed in the first place. In this paper, the meaning and the necessity of agriculture water-saving was discussed. Handan was taken for an example in order to carry out agricultural water-saving potential analysis and summarize the specific measures on agriculture water conservation of Handan City.
