摘要：

Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma of the ampullary region is a very rare childhood tumor (2 reported cases), and herein we describe a child presenting with obstructive jaundice at early age owing to such tumor in the ampullary region. Successful management with multidisciplinary approach is discussed with reference to the literature. (C) 2009 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
