摘要
The eigenvectors of the gravity gradient tensor are related to the center of mass and its strike direction, which can be used to detect hidden fractures, basement faults and other structures. In 2010, Maijd and Beiki et al. had used a variable window and GGT data to locate the geologic bodies and infer their strike directions. Based on the previous work, some problems on the two dimensional geologic body positioning have been discussed. To increase the calculation precision, some improvement in the selection of calculation points have been made.
