摘要
An inclusion compound of p-azidobenzoic acid with beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) was prepared and characterized by thermogravimetry, IR, H-1 NMR and UV spectroscopies. The thermal stability of p-azidobenzoic acid was significantly improved after inclusion, and the decomposition temperature difference between the pure p-azidobenzoic acid and that in conclusion compound was + 115 degreesC. By using data of UV spectroscopy, the binding constant of the inclusion compound was estimated to be (7933 192) L . mol(-1).
